Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential to understanding your rights and obligations as an nk44 player.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with the nk44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between the Player and nk44 with respect to your use of the Platform. By completing the registration process or by continuing to use the Platform after any updated version of these Terms is published, you unconditionally accept all provisions contained herein.

nk44 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the nk44 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended provision, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply to all interactions with nk44, including browsing without registration, creating an Account, making deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer, placing bets on cricket or other sportsbook markets, playing any casino game offered through the Platform, and contacting nk44 customer support.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the full features of the nk44 Platform — including deposits, betting markets, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension under Section 8.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your Account's lifetime. Inaccurate registration information may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal requests and may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. nk44 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact nk44 support at [email protected] immediately. nk44 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security.

Identity Verification

nk44 requires identity verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Verification is conducted to confirm the Player's identity, age, and country of residence. nk44 may request additional documentation at any time where it deems necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nk44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nk44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via Bangladeshi mobile wallet services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players using bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or other supported Bangladeshi financial institutions should verify that their bank does not apply its own transfer fees, as nk44 has no control over third-party bank charges.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) BST business hours to be reflected in the Account Balance depending on the originating bank's processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed within the Account banking section at the time of the transaction and are denominated in BDT.
• nk44 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit that nk44 deems unusually large or otherwise warrants additional verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes of submission for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during BST operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to one (1) BST business day to complete depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed verification will have withdrawal requests held pending submission and approval of required documents.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. nk44 may request additional confirmation before processing withdrawals to alternative methods.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to the Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Real-money Balance that has not been derived from Bonus Funds is not subject to wagering requirements.
• nk44 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal pending completion of fraud or identity checks without prejudice to the Player's entitlement to the funds once checks are completed satisfactorily.

Betting & Casino Rules

All betting and casino gaming activity on the nk44 Platform is subject to the rules set out in this Section as well as any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rules are more restrictive, in which case the more restrictive provision applies.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of sufficient Account Balance at the time of placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, except in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred, in which case nk44 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at nk44's discretion due to match incidents, data feed disruption, or other operational reasons. Any bet placement attempted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Bets placed on cricket markets including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup competitions are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BPL board, BCCI, or ICC as applicable).
• nk44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any Betting Market at any time and for any Player without providing a reason for such limitation.
• Bets suspected of being placed as part of a coordinated pattern to exploit pricing errors or to manipulate markets may be voided by nk44 at its sole discretion.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games available on the nk44 Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers and are governed by the rules published within each game's interface.
• RNG-based games (slots, table games) use independently certified random number generators to determine outcomes. nk44 does not influence or alter game outcomes in any way.
• Live dealer games streamed from certified studios are governed by the dealing procedures and rules applicable to the respective game as determined by the relevant Game Provider.
• In the event of a game technical malfunction, any affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance. Winnings resulting from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be paid.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table game titles are as published by the respective Game Provider and are subject to change in accordance with each provider's versioning policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

nk44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as published at the time the promotion is made available. The general conditions in this Section apply to all nk44 bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions stated in the specific promotion terms (typically a qualifying deposit of a minimum amount in BDT).
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time unless nk44 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds credited in error — whether due to a technical fault, an administrative error, or any other reason — must be returned to nk44 and may be reclaimed from the Player's Account Balance if withdrawn before the error is identified.
• nk44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and not yet forfeited remain subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of credit.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed by any person other than the registered Player to whom they were issued.
• Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day may carry unique qualifying conditions and timeframes as specified in each individual promotion's terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the nk44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and notification to relevant authorities where required. nk44 monitors Platform activity continuously and employs technical and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct.

1. Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name, a fictitious name, or the name of another person.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are a person who has been self-excluded from nk44 or any other gambling platform.
4. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law, and where nk44 has expressly restricted access.
5. Colluding with other Players in any betting market or casino game to gain an unfair advantage over nk44 or other Players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games and coordinated multi-Account betting.
6. Exploiting any technical error, glitch, or pricing mistake in any betting market or casino game to place bets that would not otherwise have been accepted at a correctly displayed price.
7. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity, including automated bet placement and automated game play.
8. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or intellectual property from the nk44 Platform without express written permission from nk44.
9. Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing nk44 customer support staff or other Players through any communication channel provided by or associated with the Platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

nk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe, or extended inactivity. Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to Player misconduct, any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your nk44 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request for Account closure. Before the Account is closed, any outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable market rules, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming a concern may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available within their Account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (from 24 hours to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed. nk44 strongly encourages any Player who feels gambling may be affecting their wellbeing to make use of these tools. Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or casino game activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. nk44 will notify a Player via their registered email address before any inactive Account administrative action is taken. Players may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by logging in and completing any reactivation steps presented in the Platform interface.
